Affiliate Agreement

• Making Money! Sign on now and urn money through sold items to visitor from your site. For every accommodation booking we will pay up to € 12,50(excl. tax).
• Fantastic products. We offer visitors from your site a wide range of accommodation at rock-bottom prices. The products vary from holidayhouses, campingsites and bootrental
• How do you get paid? You make money through solded items to vistitors from your site. We will pay you, or check on a montly basis (around the 15^th off the month).

Terms and Conditions Affiliate Programme.

1.        Participation and duration.

1.1     You can apply for partnership of our Affiliate programme by completing the Affiliate application form that you will find on our website.

1.2     After your acceptation as Affiliate you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. In this e-mail you will find a link with a counter that you can install on your website as well as a link to our banner page.

1.3     The agreement is effective from the moment of acceptance and ends subject to the conditions stated in article 5.

2.        Rights and obligations.

2.1 We have the right to refuse your application without reason.

2.2     Your website is free of virusses, worms, trojan horses, cancelbots and/or other infections that could cause damage to our website or our programme in any possible way.

3.        Costs and commissions.

3.1 There are no costs involved with participation in our Affiliate programme.

3.2 Per booking of one of our holiday accommodations done from your website

you will receive a commission of € 12,50.

3.2     Your commission will be paid to you 6 weeks after the arrival of the guest.

3.3     You will receive no commission on bookings cancelled prior to the day of arrival.

4.        Confidential information and data.

4.1 You will treat confidential information and data appropriately. You will not

supply confidential information to others without prior permission in writing by us.

4.2 All client information of clients visiting our website through your website are

our exclusive property. You can make no claim to client information or any other

kind of information or data published on our website.

5.        Termination of the agreement.

5.1 The agreement will be terminated when one of the parties has indicated in writing

that they want to terminate the agreement.

5.2 The agreement will be automatically terminated when one of the parties is no

 longer able to fulfil the obligations according to this agreement.

5.3 After termination of the agreement you will remove our link from your

website without delay.

6.        Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay in the execution of obligations resulting from this agreement which is caused by others and which we in all fairness could not prevent.

7.        Changes in the agreement.

We have he right to introduce changes in this agreement. We will inform you in writing by e-mail of any changes introduced. If you do not react to the introduced changes within 7 days you are supposed to have accepted the changes. The change could also refer to the commission amount stated in article 3.

8.        Disagreements.

All disagreements between parties resulting from or related to this agreement will be brought before a qualified arbitration board.
